With the help of its founder, Earl W. Stafford Sr., the Stafford Foundation was able to invite hundreds of people who would not have had the opportunity to come to Washington to witness the historic inauguration of Barack Obama. The nonprofit Stafford Foundation focuses on serving the underserved, marginalized and distressed Americans.
