Mary Jacobson came out of a two-year coma in her late forties to find that she had survived the cancer that she was told would take her life. In regaining her life, Jacobson developed a strength and passion that were, lets say, unique.
She decided to channel her newfound strength and passion into challenging herself in national Strongman competitions. The 54-year-old athlete also uses her unique talent as a senior strongwoman to raise money and awareness for children’s causes and charities, including the Special Olympics.
